FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radar ranging and can be used to stabilize the false alarms level during signals detection. Technical result is achieved due to fact, that generating the signal values initial array, which are the target range detection elements, expressed in the signals amplitudes values; making four passes through the of signal values array to stabilize the interference level, where during the first pass, performing each of the initial values array signal value averaging by using two averaging windows to the left and right of the averaged value, taken through at least one value from the averaged value, where each window represents at least four values of the signal array, excluding at least one maximum value in the window, averaging the remaining signal values in the window and writing the averaged value into the signals values array based on the condition of comparing the averaged window values; during the second pass, performing the values array after the first pass signal values averaging, with the exception of the first at least five values, by using the averaging window to the right of the averaged value, where the window represents at least six values, including the averaged one, excluding at least one maximum value in the window and recording the new averaged value in the signal values array; during the third pass, performing the values array after the second pass signal values averaging, with the exception of the last at least five values, by using the averaging window to the left of the averaged value, where the window represents at least six values, including the averaged, excluding at least one maximum value in the window and recording the new averaged value in the signal values array; during the fourth pass, performing the values array after the third pass signal values averaging, by each element comparing with the threshold value, which is obtained by the values array the last thirty values averaging, and performing of the target detection range signals filtering by comparing the signal values of the initial array of signal values with the signal values of the generated after the fourth pass values array.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in the stealthy targets correct detection level, reduction in the false interference and false detections number.
