SUBSTANCE: kit for the detection of RNA virus Gamboro disease is proposed, where this set includes oligonucleotides having the following sequence: SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2 and SEQ ID NO:3. Invention can be used in the diagnosis of Gamboro disease in research institutions, veterinary laboratories and enterprises of biological industry.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of specificity and sensitivity, as well as reducing the time of diagnosis while reducing the likelihood of technological errors during laboratory manipulations due to the convenient format of the proposed test system.
