FIELD: virology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a set of primers and probes for identifying Rift Valley fever virus RNA using isothermal PCR with real-time hybridization-fluorescent detection in clinical samples from humans and animals and culture virus-containing fluids for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment correction, epidemiological investigation, and also for solving research problems in monitoring and studying the properties of the Rift Valley fever virus and can be used in medicine, biotechnology and epidemiology. A set of primers and probes for detecting Rift Valley fever virus RNA using the RT-LAMP method with hybridization-fluorescent detection in real time contains a forward external primer F3 and a reverse external primer B3, a forward internal primer FIP and a reverse internal primer BIP to the L RNA virus gene Rift Valley fever and the Fd DARQ quenching probe for detection of amplification, as well as forward F1, reverse R1 primers and a Z1 probe with a fluorescent tag for the MS2 phage, having the following sequence SEQ ID NO: 1–8, respectively.
EFFECT: creation of a domestic set of reagents for detecting Rift Valley fever virus RNA by isothermal amplification, which would provide, with high sensitivity, high specificity and detection of only Rift Valley fever virus RNA in the studied samples.
