SUBSTANCE: machine is configured to detachably mount the wire reel on it, feed the wire from the drum to the guide portion provided at the end portion of the main body of the banding machine, twist the wire in the guide portion, feeding the wire around the reinforcing bars located on the inside of the guide part so that the wire is wound around the reinforcing bars, cutting off the wire and twisting it to tie the rods. Guide part comprises a guide component for guiding the feeding of the wire from the drum, cut-off component for cutting wire after feeding a predetermined length of wire from the guide component and a guide for twisting, wire. Machine also comprises a first guide member for guiding the outer side of the wire, a second guide member for guiding the inner surface of the wire and a third guide member for guiding the outer surface of the wire. In this case, the first, second and third guide members are arranged in order from the guide component and any of the first, second and third guide members serve as a cutting component. Invention is also an embodiment of the machine.
