SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a buffer assembly, a vehicle, and a method for forming a buffer liner. Bumper assembly comprises a moulded body formed from a flow of heated material between a front surface and a rear surface, and at least one sensor placed in the liquid material such that the sensor is inserted between the front and rear surfaces and is fixed by the material forming the moulded body, wherein the sensor is configured to detect the presence of an external object or collision of an external object with the body.
EFFECT: easier assembly, installation and mounting of sensors on the external components of a vehicle.
