FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: preparations and methods for antigen stabilization in dry solid vaccines are offered. One of the aspects relates to dry solid preparations of influenza vaccines containing one or more adjuvants identified as increasing influenza antigen stability. Another aspect relates to dry solid preparations of measles vaccines containing one or more adjuvants, identified as increasing stability of measles antigen. Preparations can be in a form suitable for dilution in a physiologically acceptable liquid carrier with formation of an injection solution or a suspension for introduction to the patient, or in the form of soluble microneedles, or microneedles with a coating.
EFFECT: thermally stable vaccines and microneedle are proposed.
