FIELD: evaluation of information reliability.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of criminalistics, examination, including forensic examination, and other fields of knowledge associated with assessment of reliability / accuracy of data and information and can be used in law, especially for obtaining evidentiary information in legal proceedings. Disclosed is a method of assessing reported information, where effect is carried out on a test block of neutral, control and verification stimuli, fixing parameters of motor responses to stimulation, study of dynamics of change of parameters, which are grouped on the basis of factor analysis into group of reactions. Method also involves detecting a trend of changes in each parameter and / or group of parameters and evaluating the reported information by comparing responses to test and control stimuli. Motor reactions are recorded by scanning. Detection of trends is carried out according to four types of response, selected based on dominant trends: by maximum and minimum parameters of responses to blocks of stimuli of control nature, ascending and descending reaction parameters on blocks of stimuli from neutral to check, wherein the stimulus action is performed by sets of blocks, after the exposure to the neutral block, the neutral, control and verification units are subjected to a chaotic action by a different number of units. Authenticity is estimated automatically in response to response types. If the reaction parameters prevail on the control stimuli units over the response parameters to the test stimuli, the reliability of the reported information is stated. If the reaction parameters prevail on the test stimuli units over the response parameters to the control stimuli, the unreliable information is stated to be false. Disclosed is a device for realizing a method, characterized in that it comprises an active unit based on a modular structure, comprising a microprocessor and a contactless sensor, connected to a microprocessor programmed to process signals from the non-contact sensor(s), unit for automated evaluation of transmitted information, to which active unit is connected.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides more objective evaluation of reported information with simplification due to exclusion of routine labor.
