SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a masterbatch-based composition containing a resin for producing an encapsulated at least one stabilizer for protecting organic polymers (plastics), to the use of compositions on the basis of masterbatches, to a method for producing them, to stabilized compositions containing compositions on the basis of a masterbatch, as well as to a method for producing products. Masterbatch composition is an encapsulated stabilizer masterbatch composition. Composition is presented in the form of closed-end pellets, having a core containing at least one additive, and an outer layer containing a polymer encapsulating the core. Thickness of the outer layer is from 0.001 mm to 1 cm. Stabilized composition is obtained from an organic material to be stabilized and a masterbatch composition containing a resin. Method of obtaining the composition on the basis of masterbatches containing resin, involves co-extruding into a tubular form to form a filled tube of core material encapsulated with an outer layer. Core material contains at least one additive, the outer layer contains a polymer. Method involves passing the filled tube through the soldering device. Using a soldering device, cut the filled tube into several discrete segments to be soldered, simultaneously solder each end of each discrete segment with the formation of the resulting pellets with closed ends. Carry out the cooling of the pellets with closed ends.

EFFECT: invention provides improved characteristics of concentrates containing stabilizers encapsulated in a synthetic thermoplastic polymer matrix, facilitates processing, storage, transportation and final processing.
