Wireless communication device contains: a control information generation circuit that, when functioning, generates DCI information, which includes a frequency domain information field and a time domain information field, the frequency domain information field indicating the number of physical resource blocks (PRB) in the frequency domain within a narrow frequency band, which is part of the entire bandwidth, and the time domain information field indicates the number of repetitions in the time domain; and a transmitter that, in operation, transmits the generated DCI information to a user equipment (UE).

EFFECT: technical result consists in the possibility of reducing the size of downlink control information (DCI).
