SUBSTANCE: user equipment (UE) for the transmission of a physical uplink shared channel (hereinafter – PUSCH) with the allocation of a physical resource subblock (hereinafter – PRB) includes: a reception scheme made with the possibility of receiving a radio resource control (hereinafter – RRC) signaling; and a transmission scheme made with the possibility of transmitting PUSCH, wherein: the allocation of a physical resource subblock (PRB) for PUSCH is enabled by RRC signaling, and after the allocation of the sub-PRB resource is enabled, downlink control information (hereinafter – DCI) indicates, whether the allocation of a resource for PUSCH contains at least one PRB or sub-PRB, and when DCI indicates the allocation of a resource of at least one PRB, the first number of bits in DCI is used to allocate a narrow band, and the second number of bits in DCI is used to allocate at least one PRB in the mentioned narrow band for PUSCH, and when DCI indicates the sub-PRB resource allocation, the mentioned first number of bits in DCI is used to allocate a narrow band, and the third number of bits in DCI is used to allocate a number of subcarriers in the specified narrow band for PUSCH, and the mentioned third number of bits contains at least the mentioned second number of bits.
