LIGHT THERAPY BANDAGE SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61N5/06

Abstract RU 2679294 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically to a phototherapeutic system for applying phototherapeutic effects on an exposure area and to a radiation bandage system. Phototherapeutic system comprises a primary fabric layer, a battery pack, therapeutic lamps, and a foamed reflective layer. Battery pack is attached to the primary fabric layer. Therapeutic lamps are LED strips. Foamed reflective layer has openings. LED strips are attached to the foamed reflective layer so that the arrangement of said LEDs corresponds to the arrangement of the openings. LEDs are recessed relative to the opposite surface of the foamed reflective layer on which the LEDs are mounted. Radiation from the LEDs enters the exposure area through said openings. Foamed reflective layer and LED strips are flexible. Radiation bandage system comprises therapeutic lamps, a controller, a power source, a flexible fabric layer, a foamed reflective layer, and a mesh fabric layer. Controller is designed to control said lamps. Power source is designed to power said lamps and the controller. Flexible fabric layer is designed to support said lamps, the power source and the controller. Foamed reflective layer comprises a porous separating material and a radiation reflector and has openings. Arrangement of the openings corresponds exactly to the location of said lamps in order to ensure the passage of radiation from the lamps through said openings. Lamps are recessed relative to the radiation-reflecting surface of the foamed reflective layer. Mesh fabric layer covers said foamed reflective layer.

EFFECT: obtaining a fully flexible and adjustable LED device, more convenient to use and providing better light diffusion.
