Disclosed is a bandage system for energy radiation, which includes a plurality of therapeutic lamps and a controller for controlling lamps. Batteries provide power to the lamps and are fixed on a suitable layer for supporting the lamp and the controller. Disclosed is a phototherapy apparatus comprising a stretchable and/or flexible wearable therapeutic lamp platform, comprising a plurality of radiating lamps, an expandable and/or flexible reflecting wall, including a plurality of transmission regions of emitted energy, matched with the emitting lamps and arranged to transmit emitted energy to the user's treatment region; and an expandable and/or flexible adhesive layer having a first surface and a second surface, wherein the first surface is detachably attached to the reflective layer, and the second surface in operation is associated with removable attachment of the wearable therapeutic lamp platform to the user's treatment area.
