FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, to a method for phototherapeutic radiation of a pathological area in a living being and to a lighting device for realizing said method. Placing at least one row of radiators in direct contact with the skin above the pathological area so that part of the radiators is located within the projection of this pathological area on the skin, and the other part is outside this projection, wherein the emitters are intended to generate radiation, after which the radiators are switched on in turn to perform irradiation in the traveling wave mode. Lighting device comprises two opposite bases, made elastic and connected to each other along the perimeter of radiators, on each of which installed emitters to create radiation with the required spectrum, all radiators are facing the inner space between the bases, the inner surfaces of which are reflecting radiation, separators are installed between bases in given locations to maintain clearance between bases, wherein in one of bases there are dome Fresnel lenses for focusing and removing radiation from inner space.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective phototherapeutic effect.
