FIELD: satisfaction of human vital requirements.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor bakery oven includes a baking chamber, conveyor, rollers, pipe for the hot air supplying and the heat source. Conveyor consists of parallel endless alternating belts, one of which goes about the lower row roller, and at the same time, the second one is the upper row with a thermal insulation coating on the walls hollow roller. At the input to the baking chamber, a hollow roller is mounted with possibility of rotation around its axis, inside which through the bearing a pipe is placed, included in the common with the upper hollow roller coolant system, and allowing the dough preform preheating by excess heat removal from the baking chamber.
EFFECT: invention enables for the reduction of the baked product surplus.
