FIELD: manufacturing technology; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the manufacture of stringer panels, in particular, for aircraft, ships, cars. Each stiffener is produced by layer-by-layer surfacing on the surface of a hemispherical rollers sheathing and deforming each deposited bead to obtain a flat-shaped platform at the temperature of the deformable section, which ensures the restoration of the elastic properties of the deposited metal. Simultaneous calibration of the wall of the weld stiffener is carried out. Ending of the stringer panel is made in the form of a T-shaped profile, with transverse oscillations reporting to the electrode. Simple and effective method of manufacturing stringer lengthy panels is obtained by combining the technology of layer-by-layer surfacing of rollers on panel cladding with the technology of deforming metal of surfacing to reduce buckling and leash. Cladding metal is deformed when it is heated and ductile, which eliminates most of the possible internal and external defects.
EFFECT: stability of parameters of surfacing and deformation ensures the production of stringer panels made of steel, aluminum and titanium alloys.
