FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of a nuclear reactor. Design of a nuclear reactor includes a reactor tank, at least one cylindrical steam generator comprising a tubular heat exchanger, the ends of which are connected to the inlet and outlet compartments of the means forming the water chamber, connected to the tank by means of forming a line containing the first channel for transporting the heated fluid from the tank to the steam generator through the inlet compartment of the means forming the water chamber. Design also comprises a second passage for transporting the cooled fluid from the steam generator to the tank through the outlet compartment of the means forming the water chamber. Means forming the line contain a single pipeline, the internal volume of which is divided to form the first and second channels.
EFFECT: technical result is to minimize the size of the structure, facilitate the natural convection of the fluid and ensure the use of devices to prevent displacement between the reactor tank and the steam generator, in order to eliminate the possibility of the above-mentioned large gaps.
