SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite materials for medical purposes, namely to high-molecular materials with phosphorus-containing inorganic fillers, and can be used for the manufacture of medical products by 3D printing through layer-by-layer deposition of the material melt. Composite for 3D printing of medical devices contains polylactide, hydroxyapatite with a dispersion of 20–100 nm, glycerin and sorbitol in the following ratio of components, wt. %: polylactide 12.5–98.8; hydroxyapatite 1.0–75.0; glycerol 0.1–6.25; sorbitol 0.1–6.25.

EFFECT: increasing the strength and improving the biological properties of medical devices made of a composite of the proposed composition.
