FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: polymer composite with shape memory consists of "hard" and "soft" phases. The "hard" phase is represented by the crystalline phase of the polymer matrix, chemical and physical crosslinks and the bioactive component in the form of hydroxyapatite with a particle size from 100 to 1000 nm, and the "soft" phase is represented by the amorphous phase of the polymer matrix and the plasticiser in the form of polyethylene glycol with the following component ratio, wt %: polylactide from 80 to 47, hydroxyapatite from 15 to 35, polyethylene glycol from 4.6 to 15, chemical agent for crosslinking from 0.4 to 3.0. The polymer composite of the invention is characterised by a crosslinked structure for retaining mechanical properties, a shape memory effect activation temperature from 35 to 45°C, the presence ofrecovery voltages of 3 MPa when restoring the shape at the level of 98% when the shape memory effect is activated, high mechanical properties for stretching (Young's modulus 4 GPa, tensile strength is 43 MPa), high mechanical properties for compression (Young's modulus 11 GPa, tensile strength is 96 MPa).

EFFECT: possibility to use the method of layered 3D printing for the medical equipment manufacture.
