SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical chemistry, namely to biodegradable phosphate-containing polymeric materials used as analogues of bone tissue, and discloses a method for producing a biodegradable composite. Method is characterized in that the synthesis of the composite, which includes the mutual grafting of the polymer and the filler, is carried out in the absence of an organic solvent in a one- or two-step process, by a joint mechanochemical treatment of the components, carried out at room temperature in the range of 3000–7000 rp/m with a dispersant at the initial the ratio of hydroxyapatite/polylactide 10–90/90–10 %. Method can be used to prepare the composite at room temperature with reduced synthesis time.

EFFECT: production of biodegradable composite is faster than in analogs, synthesis in the absence of an organic solvent.
