FIELD: polymer compositions.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a filled polymer composition for making a filament for a 3D printer and to a method for manufacturing a filament for a 3D printer. The filled polymer composition includes the ingredients at their following ratio from the total mass of the composition, wt.%: polymer base consisting of thermoplastics, thermoplastics or a combination thereof: 40÷60, oil-plasticizer: 0÷15, aluminosilicate glass sealer: 40÷50. The polymer composition is prepared using a rotary mixer. At the same time, the thread is released using an extruder with a length-to-diameter ratio of L/D 20/25 and a screw rotation speed of 20÷150 rpm. The extrusion temperature is set to 10÷20°C above the melting point or the flow temperature of the thermoplastic phase. The diameter of the die is 1.75 ± 0.05 mm.
EFFECT: ensuring the constancy of the diameter of the resulting filament in the range from 1.65 to 2.10 mm.
