FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to refining industry and can be used in processing of liquid hydrocarbons. Invention relates to an oil refining method, including heating of oil and separating with sampling of three fractions, while sampling the first light gasoline fraction, which is cooled and collected as a liquid, sampling the second fraction, which is a mixture of a heavy gasoline fraction and a light diesel fraction, which is sent for additional separation in a stripping column at a temperature of 200–250 °C and pressure of 0.0008–0.001 MPa. Vapors of the heavy gasoline fraction, which are cooled and collected as a liquid, and vapors of the light diesel fraction, which is sent for additional separation in the evaporator at a temperature of 220–230 °C and pressure of 0.001–0.004 MPa, are liberated, with the liberation of vapors of the heavy gasoline fraction, sent for additional evaporation into a stripping column, and vapors of the light diesel fraction, which is cooled and collected as a liquid. Third fraction which is a mixture of the fuel oil fraction and heavy diesel fraction is sampled, mixture is directed for additional separation in a cubic container at a temperature of 330–350 °C and pressure of 0.0008–0.001 MPa, with the separation of vapors of the heavy diesel fraction to be separated, with the separation of the heavy diesel fraction, which is cooled and collected as a liquid, and the residual fuel oil fraction, which is cooled in two stages: at the first stage – to a temperature of 280–290 °C in the pipe space of the evaporator, at the second stage – to a temperature of 85–90 °C, and is collected as a liquid.
EFFECT: reducing the degree of flooding of target products and reducing the level of residual fractions in the target products, ensuring a minimum level of emission of pollutants.
