FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a processing method of hydrocarbon raw material and involves viscosity breaking of the processing raw material at the temperature of 330-450°C; further fractionation in a rectifying column with liberation of vapours of diesel fractions and a stillage residue formed in the lower part of the column; vapours of diesel fractions from the upper part of the column are supplied through a heat exchanger and an air cooling unit to an ejector, after which diesel fractions are collected in an intermediate tank. Circulation of diesel fractions is performed by ejection as per the following scheme: intermediate tank bottom - ejector - intermediate tank top, thus providing extremely low pressure (close to vacuum) in processing units. A stillage residue from the rectifying column is supplied to the main tank for processing by means of a hydrodynamic separator of a cavitation type, thus providing additional liberation of vapours of diesel fractions, which are supplied through the ejector to the intermediate tank, from which their periodic pumping-out is performed to a tank farm.
EFFECT: more efficient deep processing of heavy oil-containing fractions; lower energy costs.
