FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. High-hydrophilic coating material for a hemostatic membrane for monitoring blood glucose is described, obtained by a process which is carried out by reacting in the presence of an anhydrous low molecular weight polyethylene glycol catalyst with a molecular weight of 326 Da and less and a 4-substituted silane of the AGM-9 type (gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane) as a crosslinking agent in an alkaline medium, using anhydrous dioxane as the solvent of the starting materials. Reaction is carried out at a temperature of from 70 to 105 °C, for 5 to 14 hours, at a stirrer speed of 100 to 1,200 rpm. Interesterification reaction is stopped when the distillation of alcohol ceases or the alcohol concentration in dioxane is increased in alcohol distillation collected in the recovery flask.
EFFECT: membranes are not prone to biofouling when in contact with blood.
