FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to determination of concentrations of glucose and lactate in diluted blood, as well as serum and blood plasma. A planar biosensor for determining glucose and lactate in a liquid sample includes a silver chloride reference electrode placed on a substrate, two working electrodes and auxiliary electrode arranged between working electrodes. One of the working electrodes is coated with a film of Prussian blue and a membrane containing an enzyme – glucose oxidase, and a second working electrode is coated with a film of Prussian blue and a membrane containing an enzyme – lactate oxidase. Comparison electrode is located at equal distance from working electrodes so that it is possible to set constant zero potential on working electrodes, and auxiliary electrode has area exceeding total area of working electrodes, wherein all electrodes are configured to be connected to the potentiostat, and the electrode with the glucose oxidase containing membrane is placed in front of the electrode with the lactate oxidase containing membrane in the direction of movement of the liquid sample. Also disclosed is a unit for measuring glucose and/or lactate in solution.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher sensitivity of the biosensor and enabling more accurate simultaneous determination of glucose and lactate in the sample by excluding their mutual influence with simultaneous determination.
