FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a measuring technique, intended for measuring torque when power is transmitted through a shaft. Torsiometer contains a measuring scale fixed on the shaft, coaxially with it, along the perimeter of which radial divisions are made and the means for removing the countdown located at a distance from the measuring scale. Shaft is provided with flanges made with the possibility of coaxial bonding with the measured shaft. Torsiometer includes a housing coaxial with the shaft, made with the possibility of rotation of the shaft coaxially with it. Removal tool includes a disk with a slot mounted on the shaft, and a semiconductor laser mounted in the end wall of the housing remote from the measuring scale, oriented to form a beam disk through the slit parallel to the axis of rotation of the shaft and oriented to the zero mark of the measuring scale, On which the digital video camera is fixed, fixed on the case wall, the optical axis of which makes an acute angle with the axis of rotation of the shaft. In addition, the shaft is installed in rolling bearings mounted in holes coaxially with the axis of rotation of the shaft, made in the end walls of the housing, while the bearings are fixed from moving along the shaft.
EFFECT: ability to measure torque when the shaft rotates at a relatively high speed.
