FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication engineering and can be used to provide communication and relaying information in general-purpose automated communication systems for communication with remote mobile and stationary objects. Essence of the claimed solution lies in the fact that in the communication repeater on a tethered balloon containing a balloon with onboard communications and a cable-rope, having in its composition conductors for power supply of on-board communications and aerostat systems, on-board communications include the first radio communication module consisting of a meter-to-wave transceiver (MW), block separation filters of MW range and MW range antenna, control and switching unit (CWU) of the first radio module, decimeter wave transceiver (DMW) transceiver, block separation filters range DMW and antenna range DMW; the second radio module, consisting of a transceiver unit of the MW range, a block of separation filters of the range and an antenna of the MW range, control unit and switching the second radio module, transceiver DMW range, block separation filters DMW range and DMW antenna; central control unit, universal router, base station (BS) broadband radio access (BRA), antenna BS BRA, the first and second radio relay stations (RRS) bind with antennas, the first and second RRS of the decimeter wave (DMW) range with antennas, the first, second and third microwave ultra high-frequency (UHF) RRS with antennas, a network multiplexer, two optical switches, a switchboard of channels and communication lines and an AWS of control of a communication repeater, and a fiber-optic cable and an interconnecting line (CL) are added to the cable-rope structure.
EFFECT: technical result of the present invention is to expand the functionality of the repeater in terms of increasing the number of relay paths formed and thereby increasing the capacity of the communication repeater.
