FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a T-cell for immunotherapy, containing a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), containing an antigen-binding domain that binds to ROR1, and the domain of intracellular signaling, which is able to activate the T-cell, and nucleic acid encoding recombinant CD40L, as well as to the pharmaceutical composition and the kit containing it. Also disclosed is a method for increasing the production of immune-activating cytokines, a method for enhancing the CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell response, a method for increasing the maturation of dendritic cells in an individual, a method for reducing a tumor mass in an individual, a method for increasing the survival of an individual, and a method for treating or preventing neoplasm in an individual using the above cell. Also the invention relates to a nucleic acid construct and a cancer treatment kit containing a nucleic acid, encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), containing an antigen-binding domain that binds to ROR1, and a nucleic acid encoding CD40L.
EFFECT: invention effectively enhances the CD8+ cytotoxic T-cell response to a cancer cell or pathogen in an individual.
