SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing dispersed substances with a liquid, namely, light bulk materials with low specific gravity, and can be used in chemical, oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries in the cases when the density of a liquid is many times greater than the density of a dispersed substance, in particular, as a part of complexes designed to eliminate oil spills on the surface of water using dispersed oil sorbents. Unit contains a receiving chamber with a receiving pipe for dispersed material, led to the receiving chamber from the bottom and connected to a sealed container with a dispersed material, lower part thereof is supplied through the channel with the regulating element with the working fluid from the system for supplying the working fluid. One side of the receiving chamber is connected via a working nozzle to the working fluid supply system, and the other side is connected to the mixing chamber, which ends with the outlet section of the mixing installation.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the ejection coefficient and expansion of the technological capabilities of the mixer due to the provision of effective flow through the receiving pipe into the receiving chamber and the mixing chamber of the dispersed material with a density below the density of the working environment, as well as wet and compressed material.
