FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mixing light dispersed material and liquid and can be used in chemical, oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries, where there is mixing of liquid and disperse substances, especially in cases when density of liquid exceeds multiple times the density of disperse material. In particular, proposed plant can be used in liquidation of oil spills on water surface using oil sorbents, which due to low bulk density can not be sprayed in dry form. Plant comprises receiving hopper for disperse material, mixing section connected by vertical feed branch pipe with receiving hopper, at that, lower part of the above branch pipe encloses ring chamber equipped with nozzle for working fluid supply with lower part made in the form of confusor, which forms with walls of vertical branch pipe working nozzle with ring-shaped section and ends with outlet section of mixing plant.
EFFECT: improving operating efficiency of the device owing to increasing the ejection coefficient, increasing homogeneity of the obtained pulp, providing efficient gripping of the liquid flow, enlarging the technological capabilities of the mixer.
