SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Stimulator with fractal optical signals, designed to stimulate the visual system and the brain, characterized in that it is a portable device. Device consists of a signal source that provides playback of an achromatic or color signal with a wavelength from 380 to 780 nm, frequency up to 10 KHz, connected via a wired interface to a signal generator; signal generator consisting of a microcontroller, a signal program memory, a power source, USB interfaces for connecting a programmer that provides playback of the signal in accordance with the signal program recorded in the generator memory, in the form of a separate device; programmer in the form of a computing device such as a personal computer containing wired and wireless interfaces for connecting to a signal generator, as well as a program block for generating a signal program, as well as a signal loader, which provides for loading a signal program through interfaces into a signal generator. In this case, the signal source and signal generator are structurally combined into an optical terminal containing an emitter, a diffuser installed in glasses or a mobile phone such as a smartphone, containing the signal generator software. By means of the programmer signal generation unit of the programmer, the generation of programs of signals having periodic, stochastic and deterministic-chaotic dynamics, and programs of signals of fractal dynamics is provided. Programmer signal loader provides for loading the program of the signal generated by the programmer signal generation unit into the signal generator memory via wired or wireless interfaces, and the signal generator ensures the preservation and repeated reproduction of the signal in accordance with the signal program loaded into the memory of the signal generator. In this case, the programmer, signal generator and signal source provide the formation and reproduction of signals with specified characteristics: the type of fractal function, the fractal dimension of Hausdorff-Bezikovich in the range from 1 to 2, not including 2, the level of self-similarity from 2 to 10.
