Spatial-temporal structure of the signals has the fractal dimension of Hausdorff-Bezikovich, adjustable in the range from 1 to 2, and the level of self-similarity from 2 to 10. In this case, the stimulation is carried out by a course consisting of 5–30 sessions with the duration of one stimulation session from 5 to 30 minutes and with a frequency of conducting sessions from once a day to once a week.
