METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING DEVELOPMENT CAPACITY OF HIGHER MENTAL FUNCTIONS AND HUMAN SKILLS BY MEANS OF NEUROMETRY Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/00 A61B5/476 G09B7/06 G06F17/40 G06F3/00

Abstract RU 2671869 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical diagnostics, the method and system for determining the potential for the development of higher mental functions and skills of a person. Carry out the following stages of the method. (A) – presenting loads to the user containing tasks to be performed by the user. (B) – registering at least one signal of the bioelectric activity of the user's brain in different states, corresponding to the user performing loads related to the studied higher mental functions. (C) – marking of at least one registered signal of the bioelectrical activity of the brain with signs of the user performing the load at the moment, as well as marking the type of load imposed on a user, or marking the absence of a user performing a shown load. (D) – verifying at least one registered signal by the criterion of sufficiency, the criterion of purity and the criterion of sensitivity. (E) – smoothing of at least one registered signal by the moving average method for a given depth of epoch to determine the average characteristics of the signal and the user's brain in each of the states of performance of the loads imposed on the user. (F) – calculating the deviations of the average characteristics of the signal and the user's brain in each of the states of the user’s performance of shown loads from the characteristics of the state of quiet wakefulness defined in (E). (G) – providing the user with the aforementioned calculated deviations of the average characteristics in (F) in the form of diagrams of values along the edges of the intellect. (H) – calculating and storing a matrix of coefficients of average characteristics for users with reliably confirmed alternative method of success in one or several edges of intelligence. (I) – using matrix (H) in the calculations (F) as an element of determining the scalar distance. System contains modules that allow you to perform the above techniques using the mathematical calculations of the neurometrics given in the claims.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides high accuracy and speed in determining the potential of higher mental functions and skills of a person.
