FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to assess the flushing capacity of buffer liquids during measures to remove a clay skin and can be used in construction and operation of oil and gas wells. Unit for assessing the flushing capacity of buffer liquids contains a transparent vessel filled with a buffer liquid under investigation, cylindrical sample holder, in the lower part of which there is a horizontal notch in the form of a disk, electric motor, driven and driving pulleys connected by a belt drive. Clay sample imitating the thickness and composition of a clay skin formed on the walls of the well under study is placed in a horizontal notch. Drive pulley is located at the output end of the motor shaft. Driven pulley is located on a vertical drive shaft, on the lower part of which the sample holder is attached. Drive shaft is fixed in the upper bracket and mounted coaxially with a transparent vessel fixed in the lower bracket. Drive shaft and the transparent vessel are installed so that the cylindrical sample holder is located inside the transparent vessel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the study of buffer liquids to determine the assessment of their washing capacity when conducting clay skin removal.
