FIELD: image forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the touch screen displays. Panel includes having plurality of pixel blocks the first substrate, each pixel block includes a liquid crystal capacitor, first switch, second switch, and the first storage capacitor. First switch control, input and output connectors are connected to the first controller, the liquid crystal capacitor and the first storage capacitor, respectively. Second switch control, input and output connectors are connected to the signal controller, the common electrode and the liquid crystal capacitor, and the first storage capacitor, respectively. When the image change rate is lower than the preset rate value, second switch switching off time is increased, and the first switch is switching on to increase the electric charge value to maintain the liquid crystal capacitor voltage.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase the sensor signals polling frequency without affecting the touch panel displaying effect.
