SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. Phase shift of the output voltages of at least two generators having a common shaft is ensured by changing the angular positions of the windings of their rotors relative to each other by mismatching phase windings thereof. Shaft of the generators contains a clutch, some parts thereof have the ability to rotate at a given angle determined by the scale, with subsequent fixing thereof. Phase shift between two rectified pulsed voltages is used as the input voltage in an ellipsoidal radiation device that contains a transformer with a magnetic core with input coils. Transformer magnetic core contains four coils, two having a right-handed winding and two having a left-handed one. One of the sides of the magnetic circuit has the shape of a spiral.
EFFECT: increased radiation power.
