SUBSTANCE: proposed is the food products cutting and grinding household electrical appliance knife system, containing the rotary knife (1) with located in the knife center of rotation hub (3) for the shaft (4) installation, wherein this knife has one radially passing blade (2, 2'), which has a cutting edge (5) located on the front side in the direction of rotation and during rotation defining the circular cutting zone (15), characterized in that the said knife (1) has a grinding rib (7), which in the axial direction protrudes upwards from the knife and is oriented in such a way that, during rotation, it produces a grinding effect and defines the corresponding grinding zone (17) passing from the hub (3) to the blade (2) cutting zone (15).
EFFECT: proposed by the invention immersion blender contains a knife system of this kind.
