SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the water and aqueous solutions decontamination sorption technologies and can be used for the natural water treatment. Contaminated with tritium water purification method includes its treatment with natural or synthetic humic acid in the liquid or powdered state, introduced in the ratio of humic acid:contaminated with tritium water equal to 1:4÷5. Bringing the pH≤4 by the sulfuric acid addition with stirring and separating the precipitate by filtration through the paper filter or by the colloidal chemical extraction.

EFFECT: invention allows to enable the humic acid high distribution coefficient, as well as enriched with tritium final product storage, without the environmental standards violation and without creating special conditions.
