FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions combining properties of vulcanized elastomers during operation and thermoplastics during processing, as well as to a method for obtaining such compositions and products based on them. A composition of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer is proposed, containing (wt.%): from 5 to 50 wt.% of polypropylene and/or propylene copolymers with olefins containing from 2 to 6 carbon atoms (5-50); nitrile-containing rubber (30-85); polymer compatibility agents (compatibilizers) (2-40); polymer elasticizing agents (0-40); ester plasticizers (0-30) and a vulcanizing system (1-13). The vulcanizing system contains from 0.7 to 23 wt.% of a peroxide initiator; from 7.5 to 76.9 wt.% of a vulcanization coagent; from 0.7 to 38.5 wt.% of polyatomic phenols and from 0 to 23 wt.% of monofunctional monomers. A method for obtaining a composition of dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer, a method for obtaining an industrial product containing the composition of the invention, and an industrial product manufactured by the specified method or containing the composition of the invention are also proposed. Obtained dynamically vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers are suitable for the manufacture of products for the automotive, cable, electrical, footwear industries, in the production of rubber products, in the production of household goods.

EFFECT: proposed composition has improved technological and operational characteristics, including high resistance to swelling in petroleum products at elevated temperature (100°C and above).
