FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing honeycomb three-layer panels of complex curvature based on fiberglass honeycomb core and can be used in rocket, aircraft and shipbuilding, construction, furniture and packaging industries. Method for manufacturing honeycomb three-layer panels of complex curvature is presented, including the connection of claddings of a given curvature with a honeycomb core made of fiberglass. On the surfaces of casings connected to the honeycomb core, film adhesive is applied; in the honeycomb core with hexagon-shaped cells, the node cell connections to the height of the honeycomb core are removed systematically, the honeycomb is applied to one of the skins and connected to the second skin, fixed to the skins by heating the film adhesive, then panel is vacuumed and cured.

EFFECT: technical result is the manufacture of three-layer panels of complex curvature based on fiberglass honeycomb core with cells in the form of a hexagon.
