FIELD: manufacturing composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to the field of manufacturing composite materials and concerns three-layer honeycomb structures used in the aerospace industry for the manufacture of various aircraft and aircraft nodes. The manufacture of a heat-resistant honeycomb three-layer structure includes the manufacture of a honeycomb core and a glass fabric lining, as well as their impregnation with a binder. Heat treatment of the honeycomb core is carried out in a stepped mode. Then the skin is connected to the end surfaces of the honeycomb filler by a polyimide binder with the addition of a microgrinding powder of electrocorundum as a filler. After that, pressing is carried out while heating in a stepped mode.
EFFECT: reduced temperature of production of honeycomb filler and three-layer structure as a whole, reduced time of their manufacturing while maintaining operation temperature of 300°C.
