FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to polynucleotides that encode CDR3 in the TCR-[alpha] genes and TCR-[beta] chains of CD4+ helper T cells that are specific to the WT1322 helper peptide, and can be used in medicine to induce an immune response against WT1322-expressing malignant tumor. TCR genes containing polynucleotide αCDR3 and polynucleotide βCDR3, used to produce CD4 + helper cells specific for WT1322 peptide, by transduction of CD4 + T cells with an expression vector containing the indicated TCR genes selected from 33 combinations of pairs of chains αCDR3 and βCDR3.
EFFECT: invention allows to effectively induce WT1322-specific antitumor cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL).
