SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for increasing the population of activated cytotoxic T-lymphocytes in a mixed culture of peripheral blood mononuclear cells using membrane vesicles induced by cytochalasin B from genetically modified tumour cells with overexpression of interleukin 2, for example, M14 melanoma cells, in vitro. The invention can be used to develop and improve existing adjuvant therapies and antitumor vaccines based on derived patient cells.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the number of activated human cytotoxic T-lymphocytes in order to improve the antitumor immune response.
