FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device to the operating table for the treatment of injuries of the upper extremities consists of a table pad with holes, brackets for attachment to the operating table, a mobile attachment and vertical and one horizontal stop. Mobile console is made with a dynamometer and a screw distractor. Brackets are hinged and are attached to the platform-table with hinges. Platform-table has holes for vertical and horizontal stops and holes for fixing the mobile console with a screw. Dimensions of the platform-table, the location of the holes in it, the height and shape of the horizontal stop are determined by the average anthropometric data. Stops and the platform-table are made of X-ray transparent material. Design, as well as the length of the attachment with a dynamometer and screw distractor, is due to the need to provide traction up to 20 kg with a change in its vector in the sagittal and frontal planes up to 45°. Hinge brackets are connected to the table-platform. Length of the hinge brackets due to the need to give the opportunity to set the platform-table in the frontal plane in the range of 0–45° on both sides of the operating table.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to reposition closed dislocations, closed and open reposition of fractures in both conservative and operative treatment, without creating obstacles in performing all these manipulations.
