SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for protection against unauthorized discharge of working fluid from hydraulic systems. System comprises a hydraulic tank, a pump, a distributor, a drain line into the hydraulic tank and a shut-off device, in the input cavity of the body of which there is a spring-loaded plunger having on its outer surface an annular groove, combined with radial holes, and on end axial channel communicating inlet and outlet cavities of locking device, besides, stopper is arranged in plug of shut-off device to shut off axial channel of plunger at actuation of shut-off device and contact pair of control system of shut-off device actuation, which provides light and sound signaling and disconnection of working fluid supply at faulty hydraulic drive. In the shut-off device actuation monitoring system, the actuator is made of a dielectric material in the form of a threaded plug, on the end of which the cap is installed from the elastic material, which isolates against the penetration of the working fluid from the outlet cavity of the shutoff device to the contact pair fixedly fixed on the end surface of the threaded plug and connected to the electric circuit by conductors, wherein cap is equipped with metal contact plate fixedly fixed on its inner end surface, intended for closure and opening contact pair, and in plug of shutoff device, to accommodate the cap after its compression and close the contact plate by the contact pair, there is a groove of diameter d and depth h, equal to the gap between the contact pair and the contact plate.

EFFECT: higher operational reliability of the hydraulic drive protection system.
