FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: this method relates to the use of laser scanning confocal microscopy for the high-speed fluorescent signals recording. In particular, in physiological studies, for the calcium dyes in the neuromuscular preparation luminescence intensity recording during the motor nerve stimulation. Method comprises obtaining a time series of images on a laser scanning confocal microscope and the fluorescent dye fluorescence intensity plotting as a function of time, at that the shooting takes place in several stages, at each of which the signal from the stimulator is shifted in time relative to the confocal microscope scanning process beginning, and the obtained series of images are assembled into one series.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the possibility of the recorded signals amplitude and temporal characteristics reliable estimation.
