SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of services provided through wireless communication networks, namely, the user authentication based on its location. System contains associated with the wireless network user's mobile device, associated with a wireless network calibrated sensor nodes, and plurality of sensors connected to the sensor nodes via the wireless network channel. At that, the mobile device is configured to download an application from the cloud-based registration service, which can register the mobile device in the cloud-based registration service, allow the user to search for a service provider that is independent of the cloud-based registration service and associated with the sensor nodes and plurality of sensors, verify the mobile device identity, allow the user to create the reservation with the service provider and direct the reservation and the mobile device identity to sensor nodes through the cloud-based registration service. In addition, the sensor nodes are configured to identify associated with the mobile device location, determine the mobile device estimated time of arrival to the service provider, receive the reservation and identify from the mobile device, mobile device location and estimated time of arrival from the cloud-based registration service and determine that the mobile device is at the predetermined distance from plurality of sensors or from one or more main sensor nodes. Plurality of sensors is configured to scan in relation to the mobile device, that the mobile device is at the predetermined distance, determine the mobile device, call the reservation from the main sensor node, receive request from the mobile device to authenticate the mobile device identity and location, as associated with the reservation, and provide the service provider authentication to the mobile device as associated with the reservation, authenticate the mobile device as associated with the reservation; send the service provider authentication as associated with the reservation to the mobile device; and provide the mobile device with access to the associated with the service provider network connection.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the user's device location determining and authentication accuracy in located in the territory of their provision access to digital services to users providing systems.
