FIELD: electrical communication engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved communication and interaction between user devices and service providers by identifying, locating and authenticating devices and users, publication, search and queue with zero expectation, search and subscription to advertisements and virtual teleportation. System includes a main sensor unit located in a physical location and connected to a broadband network channel. There is a plurality of sensors in a physical location which communicate with the main sensor unit over a wireless network channel. Plurality of sensors and the main sensor unit are communicatively connected to the mobile device through a radio frequency network channel. Main sensor unit identifies the mobile device and its location, in which the mobile device is at a predetermined distance from the main sensor unit. Main sensory unit receives a request from a mobile device to authenticate its identity and location for a third party connected to a radio frequency network channel. Main sensory unit authenticates the mobile device for the third party, which provides the mobile device with access to the network connection.

EFFECT: technical result is expansion of digital monitors model to include mobile users by means of cloud and sensor/actuating units.
