FIELD: thermonuclear fusion.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermonuclear fusion and can be used in detachable connections of the blanket module and the vacuum chamber of a fusion reactor. Detachable insulating connection of the blanket module and the vacuum chamber of a fusion reactor contains a support pad with a coating of electrically insulating material, installed in the seat made in the module, and the element for fastening the support pad, made in the form of a threaded ring. Connection further comprises a cage, made in the form of a body of rotation with conical inner and outer seating surfaces. Cage is installed in the seat on the outer surface, made of a conical shape, and is fixedly connected to the support plate on the inner surface. Support plate is made in the shape of a truncated cone. Value of the half angle of the opening of the seating cone of the support pad is less than the magnitude of the friction angle of the electrically insulating material of the coating and the cage, and the value of the half angle of the opening of the seating cone of the cage is larger than the friction angle of the cage and the module.

EFFECT: technical result is the provision of enhanced shock resistance of a detachable electrically insulating connection of the blanket module and the vacuum chamber of a fusion reactor with simultaneous preservation of the electrically insulating properties.
