FIELD: radio equipment; electronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, in particular to phase shifters. Microwave phase shifter on microstrip transmission lines of the decimeter wavelength range contains two combined pin-diode discharge 11.25° and 5.625° on a loaded line, each with two pin diodes. Cathodes of the pin diodes are connected to two series-connected noise suppression filters, and the outputs of each discharge are combined and connected to the corresponding outputs of the control device and through the first capacitors connected to the housing. Anodes of the first two pin diodes discharges 11.25° and 5.625° are combined and are connected to the first input-output through the third capacitor, at the same time, the anodes of the second two pin diodes discharges 11.25° and 5.625° are joined and connected through a matching segment of a microstrip line, made in the form of a meander with a connection, with connected anodes of the first two pin diodes of discharges 11.25° and 5.625° and a grounded ninth noise suppression filter, connected through the fourth capacitor to the second input-output.
EFFECT: reduction of phase setting errors.
