FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for the treatment of intraosseous defects. Method of filling the intraosseous defect with an implant includes an invasive installation in the intraosseous cavity of the implant. Under radiological control, a channel is formed in the bones prior to communication with the intraosseous cavity. Cavity is washed with an antiseptic solution. In the channel install the tube. Through the tube into the cavity, pre-compressing, implants are inserted in an amount necessary to completely fill the volume of the cavity, moreover, the implants are made of highly elastic mesh, knitted from nickel-titanium thread, capable of elastic deformation and have porosity, filling the cavity with implants, the tube is removed, the wound is closed.
EFFECT: method provides a minimally invasive and uniform filling of the intraosseous cavity due to an implant capable of compressing and elastic deformations.
